Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

How disputes about the service are resolved, and which law governs these terms.

Governing Law

These terms, the MedHall policies, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This clause does not override any mandatory consumer-protection or privacy law that applies to you in your own jurisdiction, and mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Informal Resolution First

Before starting any formal proceeding, you and MedHall agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally: contact ahmeddelwaan@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue. We will respond promptly. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the first contact (or a shorter period if required by applicable law), either party may proceed as described below.

Jurisdiction

Except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise, any dispute that is not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Where mandatory consumer or privacy law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts, that right is preserved.

Mandatory Rights Are Not Waived

Nothing in this page or in the MedHall policies waives, limits, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, limited, or modified, including rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of your country of residence.

Limitation Period

Unless a longer or shorter period is required by mandatory applicable law, any claim you may have arising out of or relating to the service must be commenced within the shortest period permitted by the law governing the claim; claims not commenced within that period are barred to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of this page is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
